STRENGTHENING OUR COMMUNITIES
We are committed to building stronger communities by fostering meaningful partnerships, supporting local initiatives, and creating opportunities that empower individuals and businesses to thrive. Through collaboration and engagement, we strive to make a lasting, positive impact where we live and work.
INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIPS & COMMITMENTS
We aspire to build and foster a network of suppliers and partners that are utilizing sustainable manufacturing and socially responsible business practices.
Stakeholders:
We are enhancing our supply chain practices by ensuring that all clients, vendors, employees, and industry partners understand and adhere to our Stakeholder Policy and Stakeholder Code of Conduct. Additionally, we require all suppliers to complete our Supplier Agreement and conduct a self-assessment to confirm compliance with our established criteria.
B Corp Pending: ADD B CORP JOURNEY
LINK PBC is proud to be B Corp Pending! We’re excited to continue our journey toward full certification, which we plan to complete after one year of operations in Q1 2026. The B Corp movement perfectly aligns with our mission, and its standards and guidance are helping shape our growth every step of the way.
Industrial Design Society of America (IDSA):
Abby Detrich, an industrial designer and project manager, will serve as emcee at this year’s Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) Conference.

Formnext:
LINK’s Schuyler Livingston represented us at Formnext in Frankfurt, showcasing the Toddler Mobility Trainer. Invited by Bambu Lab, he leveraged their booth to raise awareness and help bring these trainers to families in need.
COMMUNITY
Beyond industry and educational partnerships, LINK PBC is committed to strengthening our local community through volunteering, supporting inclusive initiatives, and fostering collaboration that drives equity and access. Our mission extends beyond business as we strive to create meaningful impact for people and communities where we live and work.
TOM Community Partner:
Through our project work on the Toddler Mobility Trainer, LINK PBC has created a beautiful relationship with Tikkun Olam Makers. We have become a TOM Community Partner, the only one in the US Mountain West, and will be a hub for the creation and distribution of their open-sourced solutions for people living with disabilities, the elderly, and the poor. We will continue to build this community in Denver in 2026 to deliver empowering products to those in need.
Denver Art Museum:
We are excited to volunteer with the Denver Art Museum’s Design for Accessibility project, contributing ideas and strategies to support more inclusive exhibition experiences. This initiative brings together the disability community, museum staff, designers, and the public to foster collaboration around accessibility. LINK PBC has participated in group feedback sessions and plans to remain engaged in 2026 by sharing design concepts and prototypes for community input.
EDUCATION & MENTORSHIP
We’re passionate about inspiring excitement around responsible design and empowering the next generation of engineers, designers, entrepreneurs, and innovators. In 2025, we strengthened long-standing educational partnerships while exploring new mentorship opportunities to nurture future changemakers.
University of Denver:
Principal Marc Hanchak continued his role as adjunct professor with Entrepreneurship@DU, teaching students at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business the fundamentals of business, design, and entrepreneurship.
Beck Venture Center:
Through the Traxion Venture Network, Marc also spent time in 2025 as a mentor and advisor with the Colorado School of Mines' Beck Venture Center, helping two early-stage start-ups with their product development and marketing strategies.
University of Kansas:
Designer and project manager Abby Detrich mentors aspiring designers and serves as a guest lecturer at her alma mater, the University of Kansas School of Design.
Honor People & Planet
At LINK PBC, honoring people and planet means building an inclusive workplace, prioritizing employee well-being, and embedding sustainability into everything we do. From transparent governance to responsible practices, we strive to create value that benefits both our team and the world around us.
WORKING AT LINK PBC
In our first year of operations, we dedicated significant time and energy to building an inclusive and fulfilling workplace, guided by our mission, rooted in our core values, and designed to holistically support our employees.
Process & Policy:
As our team grows, we’ve focused on building processes and procedures that support sustainable growth while ensuring every employee has a voice in LINK PBC’s strategic direction. This includes our Stakeholder Policy, weekly all-hands meetings centered on B-Corp and public benefit alignment, quarterly financial and strategic reviews, and an annual feedback process for personal and professional development.
Benefits:
LINK PBC also provides flexible and hybrid work hours, 3 weeks paid time off, 12 additional paid holidays, 20 hours paid volunteer time annually, socially responsible 401k fund with 5% match, and comprehensive paid and protective leave options.
People:
In addition to our network of subcontractors, we’ve added two full-time members to our team in 2025: meet Abby Detrich & Carter Gerard!
SUSTAINABILITY:
Although our internal footprint as a small services business is inherently low, we have established a Sustainability Policy to ensure environmental considerations remain central to our operations and the services we deliver.
GOVERNANCE & TRANSPARENCY: ADD DAVID BOWEN BIO
To ensure accountability and balanced decision-making, we’ve established independent oversight through an advisory board that helps guide our mission, revenue goals, and strategic growth. We are proud to welcome David Bowen as the first member of this board.
Improve Accessibility, Inclusion, & Empowerment for All
Our commitment to accessibility and inclusion drives the products we create, empowering people through innovative solutions. In 2025, we contributed to projects that enhance mobility, improve energy efficiency, and support life-saving medical advancements, all designed to make a meaningful impact.
DESIGNING WITH IMPACT:
The products we develop are the core demonstration of our public benefit. In 2025, we had the opportunity to work on some incredible projects with ambitious impact goals:
LUCI SPV - mobility solution for helping people navigate airports and hospitals
Toddler Mobility Trainer - first of its kind 3D printed mobility trainer for toddlers with developmental issues
Peak+ - By precooling the outdoor air before it enters the condenser coils, the PEAK+ system reduces compressor energy usage up to 30%, without adding any humidity to the indoor air."... that is from their website. Also, its an accepted standard that for every 1°C decrease in intake air temperature, there is a 1% to 2% increase in chiller efficiency. PEAK+ claims over 5000 tons of CO2 emissions avoided with their installations thus far, which is like taking 1000 gasoline cars off the roads or the emissions from powering 1000 averages homes for a year.
34 Lives - This year, we had the privilege of contributing to a project for 34 Lives that focused on extending the lifespan and viability of organs intended for transplant, helping save lives, minimize losses, and improve efficiency across transplant supply chains.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
Our mission is the underlying guidance for all of our business decisions. Finding meaningful products and development partners isn’t an accident, it is a commitment.
