Public Benefit Corporation
As a Colorado Public Benefit Corporation, our public benefit is our mission.
LINK PBC specifically promotes the following public benefits:
-
We are thought-leaders in our community, increasing awareness of and engagement with sustainable design and responsible consumption, advocating for product solutions for underserved populations, and educating the next generation of designers, engineers, and entrepreneurs.
Within our industry community, we are committed to building and fostering a network of suppliers and partners that are utilizing sustainable manufacturing and socially responsible business practices
-
Through our internal business practices, we are committed to combating unnecessary consumption, minimizing waste and pollution, utilizing sustainable materials and processes, prioritizing fair wages, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, and fostering a company culture of trust, transparency, and respect.
We advise our clients through wholistic product development to ensure full product impact is considered – including market justification, material selection, environmental footprint, human rights, employment equity, and product end-of-life.
-
We design impactful, sustainable, and engaging products focused on improving accessibility and mobility, providing opportunity for learning and educational play, encouraging well-being and responsible stewardship of our shared planet, and providing underserved and high-risk communities with more agency, freedom, and opportunity.
Certified B Corporation™
We have joined B Lab’s global movement seeking to benefit people and the planet. As a Certified B Corporation, we are part of a community of businesses that is working towards a more inclusive, equitable, and fair economic system.
-
B Corp Certification is the outward sign of an inward commitment – it is a verified evaluation of how a company performs against B Lab’s rigorous social, environmental, and governance standards.
To earn this certification, a company must complete the B Impact Assessment with a minimum score of 80 points, submit documentation to verify its responses, pass the review and verification process, and formally commit to B Lab’s agreement and to continuous improvement. LINK PBC started this process in 2025 and achieved full certification in June 2026 with an impact score of 97.4!

We were heartened and inspired by the perfect alignment of the B Corp movement with our mission. Through B Lab US & Canada,we have tapped into a vibrant network of businesses committed to building a better world and transforming the global economy through racial equity, climate justice, and stakeholder economy. Joining this movement allows us to leverage the knowledge, experience, and insights of like-minded companies to strengthen both our business and our impact. What an honor to find a community where we can both be of service and receive support in return!
-
Impact Business Models (IBMs) are categories within the B Impact Assessment that recognize businesses who have intentionally designed their services, processes, or structure to create specific positive outcomes for their stakeholders.
LINK PBC qualified for four IBMs – this both honors our previous projects and clients and recommits our focus to pursue this work moving forward.
Mission Locked: Through our corporate structure as a Public Benefit Corporation, we protect our mission and commit to formally consider stakeholders at every level of decision-making.
Designed to Give: Through our company structure and project fees, we’ve allocated a minimum of 5% of our time each year to pro bono work. This allows us to pursue impactful projects, even when they aren’t profit generating.
Support for Underserved and Purpose Driven Enterprises: Through our mission-aligned selection of clients and vendors, we actively prioritize other purpose-driven and socially responsible organizations (like PBCs and B Corps).
Serving In Need Populations: Through our selective and particular focus in project selection, we design products that will impact the lives of in-need, at-risk, and underserved populations.

We envision a global economy that uses business as a force for good.
This economy is comprised of a new type of corporation - the Certified B Corporation - which is purpose-driven and creates benefit for all stakeholders, not just shareholders.
As B Corporations and leaders of this emerging economy, we believe:
That we must all be the change we seek in the world.
That all business ought to be conducted as if people and place mattered.
That, through their products, practices, and profits, businesses should aspire to do no harm and benefit all.
To do so requires that we act with the understanding that we are dependent upon another and thus responsible for each other and future generations.
