Principal, Member of Board of Directors
Marc was the original founder of LINK Product Development in 2007 which laid the foundation for LINK PBC. Originally from the Midwest, Marc relocated to Colorado in 2003 with a Master’s degree in engineering and a background in project management.
With nearly 30 yrs of experience, Marc believes in the mission of ‘design for good’ and using creativity to make a difference. As a seasoned product designer, he helped to grow the Colorado design ecosystem and stresses the importance of producing products locally and manufacturing domestically.
Outside of the studio, Marc teaches product design and entrepreneurship at CU Denver and University of Denver, and is an avid outdoorsman, golfer and traveler.

Alice joined the original LINK team in 2019, and holds a dual BS in mechanical and biomedical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a MS in civil and environmental engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. She’s a design-minded mechanical engineer with expertise in systems integration, life cycle assessment, and new product introduction.
From pivotal experiences in her early academic career, Alice has believed in, and been driven by, expressing creativity and humanity through engineering. From fuel-efficient cookstoves for Darfuri refugees to smart sensor arrays for motorized wheelchairs, she is passionate about designing meaningful products with empathy, curiosity, and technical innovation.
Alice spends her off-hours crafting, doting on her dogs, enjoying the Colorado outdoors, and strengthening her community through service.

Schuyler brings a decade of product design experience to LINK with a degree in industrial design. His background in user centered design is integral to the mission of LINK PBC, where we’re focused on developing innovative solutions that make a positive influence on people’s lives. His work blends practicality with good design principles, ensuring that solutions are both functionally and aesthetically sound.
Outside of work, Schuyler enjoys spending time skiing, fishing, and woodworking. These passions influence his approach to design, fostering a blend of precision, craftsmanship, and creativity.

Project Manager, Industrial Designer
Abby is a certified PMP with degrees in Industrial Design and Sociology from the University of Kansas. She loves working where creativity meets execution, helping guide projects from early ideas to final launch.
Her background spans medical devices, non-profits, confectionary, and consumer goods, giving her a broad perspective across industries. With experience as both a designer and a project manager, she brings a well-rounded perspective—balancing systems thinking, user needs, and the realities of getting things done. She’s especially passionate about using design to drive positive, inclusive change that benefits both people and the planet.
Outside of work, Abby mentors emerging industrial designers and spends time hiking and exploring all that Colorado has to offer.

Senior User Experience Designer
Carter brings nearly a decade of industrial design consulting and medical product design experience to LINK PBC. She earned her B.A. in Industrial Design from Purdue University, later expanding her expertise with a UX Design certification and hands-on collaboration in Human Factors testing and documentation development.
Her background centers on medical devices, where she is driven by a commitment to creating intuitive, meaningful, and accessible user experiences. With a deep commitment to designing products that make a positive difference, she finds strong alignment with LINK’s mission as a Public Benefit Corporation.
When she’s not designing, Carter can be found exploring the outdoors—hiking, paddleboarding, or skiing across the beautiful landscapes of Colorado.
